10-minute bread – easy


  • 500 gr flour (use your own flour mix, e.g. 300 gr graham + 200 gr white flour)
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 bag of dry yeast
  • Pumpkin-, sunflower-, walnut seeds or olives etc. according to your taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of vinegar, best is cider vinegar
  • 450 ml water (warm)


Mix dry yeast with flour, salt, seeds etc., afterwards add vinegar, oil and water and mix it with a wooden spoon.

Cover the baking dish or cast-iron pan with baking paper and fill-in the dough. Apply some water on top of the dough, and if you like some seeds.

Put the bread in the cold oven and bake it at 200° C for a good hour. When the bread looks crispy take it out of the oven and the form and let it cool down.
