Ingredients:
1 kg chicken breast
1 onion, middle sized
2-3 garlic cloves
200 gr cream
1 small tin of peeled tomatoes
1 glass of white wine
½ glass of Brandy
2 bouillon cubes
parsley, basil, oregano
salt, pepper, tabasco, honey
tomato purée
olive oil
Preparation:
Fry the sliced chicken breast in oil. Add the grated onions and fry it further. Add the Brandy and wine and stir.
Add the grated garlic, as well as the tomatoes, bouillon cubes, herbs, pepper and tabasco, and cook it for approx. 30 minutes.
Add the cream and some salt, pepper and honey according to your taste.
If the sauce is too thin add some tomato purée, if it’s too thick add some water or white wine.
A nice variant is to give some grated lemon peel on top of the sauce.
