Greek Zucchini Chicks

3 middle zucchini (approx.400 gr)

3 big potatoes (approx.200 gr)

2 big onions (approx.200 gr)

2 middle eggs

4 spoons of breadcrumbs

4 spoons of flour

1 spoon of mint, if available freshly grinded

1 spoon of parsley, grinded

Salt, black pepper and oil for frying


Clean the zucchini, skin the potatoes and onions. Grate the vegis into a bowl. Give eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, mint and parsley to the vegis. Mix everything including some salt and pepper together. If the dough is to runny, add some flour or breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the dough via spoon and fry the chicks on both sides till looking golden-brown.
